      Pros

      The company is great at keeping up with the current trends. Employee discount is 40% off. Believes in exceptional customer service.

      Cons

      Upper management is too hard on their employees, (ex: area managers, district managers & up). Sales associates only get from 5-15 working hours per week. Some sales associates start out at $7.25/hourly, which is not worth the amount of work you have to put in.

      Pros

      Employee discount, extravaganza, moving up easily in the company, acquiring customer service skills and knowledge that will help you in other fields later in life.

      Cons

      Workload is unevenly distributed between managers. One manager is expected to complete all tasks while others do the bare minimum. Scheduling is unfair-- there is no reason as to why a store that is fully staffed management wise should have one manager closing consecutively for a week. Upper management (DM) can be very unprofessional and rude under stressful circumstances. Accountability is non-existent because staff always wants to point fingers regarding LP rather than work towards a common goal of lowering it. You end up feeling overworked and under-valued.

      It was a horrible experience no pros.

      Cons

      I had a horrible experience and windsor; the store quotas are ridiculous, i work for high end corporations prior to working at windsor and was never asked to make such ridiculous sale quotas as windsor does.

      I am disappointed that your experience at Windsor was not a positive one. Our store goals take into account a number of factors, such as last years statistics and current sales trends. Although the goals may not be considered easy to achieve, they are achievable. I appreciate your feedback.
