      Pros

      Windsor is an awesome company to work for when it comes to the store discount because it allows 40% off of employee sales. It also allows you to pick up extra hours and shifts because of the lack of leadership to maintain appropriate staffing.

      Cons

      The lack of overhead leadership if horrible, they do not train staffers as they should to maintain and run a successful business. The turn over is higher than a restaurant. Those that are loyal to the company are not shown same.

      The 40 percent discount was wonderful

      Needs more employees ...the pay is horrible for as much hard work you put in... I wouldn't recommend to anyone

      Windsor was a place where all tge coworker felt like family. They management listen to what we need to say.

      Cons

      Not enough pay for the amount of work you did.
