I have worked for Windsor for about 6 years. I have moved up the ranks from an assistant manager, to co-manager, and now I am currently a store manager. And I have my eyes set on moving up as far as I can with this company! Not only is every day a new experience, it is fun, and I have made so many friends here. When I say friends, I mean family. Obviously with being a store manager, I work 40 hours a week and tend to spend a lot of my time here (and I love it! I do so willingly!) and while being here, I have found so many people who care about me. Not only at work, but they care about me as a person. They want to see me grow and succeed and they are my shoulder when I need guidance. My District Manager, Vice president of stores, and corporate office has helped me grow so much in the past 6 years, and I am forever grateful. I could never imagine working anywhere else, nor would I ever want to!

Cons

I have no cons to type out. I am in love with this company and all of it's values. They stand for what I stand for, empowering women.

The discount is great, thats about it.

Cons

This is the most stressful, underpaid job you could ever imagine. Corporate does not care about you and all the area managers seems to hate their jobs and employees.

I was recently offered an Assistant Manager position at Windsor and so far the management seems to really know what they are doing. It's hard to find a job in retail that values their employees and so far I have no complaints. I guess it depends on the location?

Cons

I have no complaints as of right now. Retail is retail, but the upper management seems to really know what they are doing so far!
