      Cons

      Non-professional company that does not pay what they are supposed to pay their ASM's. The start off pay is $12hr but at this location they started every ASM at $10hr. They are unorganized and do not obey the laws and rights regarding religion. They made me come to a meeting on Sunday morning when they were fully aware upon hire that I am a professed Christian and go to church every Sunday morning. By law they cannot do that.

      Owners work directly with employees very nice owners and employees

      Cons

      Some employees can be disorganized slowing down the rest of production power trip management no team work egos get in the way affecting the rest of productivity and result pay rate is low No benefits people with no college degrees and no direct experience are being promoted no professionalism from some employees crossing the line
