Pros

They give great discounts to employees. Met some good coworker/ people

Cons

Upper managements are rude, not friendly or approachable so every time we see them it's not a happy day. They got rid of one our best manager for no good reason. Then they replaced her with a fake manager who doesn't appreciate our work. Oh and having to meet sales is not realistic as well. It brings negative vibe and competition to the workers.

Over-worked with little growth opportunity. Upper management tends to give very little praise and can tent to be unprofessional.

Pros

The only positive is the discount. The upper management are tyrants that care nothing about your growth. The pay is a joke, except for the store manager.

Cons

They consider everyone that walks in the store a "potential shoplifter". They teach employees to treat everyone like shoplifters. They do not care about customers and their happiness, but only about shoplifting.They follow your time card like crazy. I was asked to pick up a shift and then got in trouble for working overtime.
