      Pros

      40% discount! Smaller environment, so you get to know your co-workers/employees. You will actually use and like the things you sell. Great opportunities for advancement if you show motivation, confidence, a passion for fashion and amazing customer service skills.

      Cons

      Some of the weekly sales goals are very high and hard to reach. (Especially during the day when mall traffic is slow) The job is not based on commission, but sales are stressed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Minimum wage pay. Shrink goal of less than 1% can be difficult to achieve.

      Not much room to move up within the company. Upper management is a nightmare to deal with. Boring tasks, very strict fitting room rules, not enough hours.
