Great discount. Friendly co-workers. Cute clothes.

Cons

The salary does not match the work expectations. Raises are rarely given, because of the company continuously pushing back employee evaluations. Not enough payroll hours are given, for management to successfully, upkeep the store. The company does a poor job with offering competitive wages, and that's why the employee retention rate, is terrible. Discussions of raises are always dismissed. When consulting with leadership to address concerns, or to provide insight, about store level responsibilities and salary, it is dismissed. Employees, call out, and show up late, because they are seeking employment elsewhere. It's very disheartening when trying to explain the workload to leadership, and its brushed off.

Although I am happy to hear that there are several things you do enjoy, I am concerned about the some of the cons you expressed. The good news is that most of those issues can be resolved. I recommend reaching out to your Store Manager and District Manager to address your specific concerns. In the interim I will have your store's schedule evaluated to ensure proper scheduling practices are being utilized. Again, thank you so much and we value all of your hard work. I know peak seasons can be a little overwhelming but I want to provide you with all of the support you need.

Write up happy, sneaky with write ups, very unprofessional with how the handle certain situations, a very negative work environment, low morale, district & area manager too demanding and condescending.
