Pros

-40% off clothing!! -Learn more about trends and styling -Learn visual work -Flexible schedule -Friendly customers, If satisfied

Cons

Where shall I begin. As a sales associates you are expected to do a lot!! fitting rooms, start rooms, get shoes, do go backs, cashier, grab a size. If a sensor is found the managers blame you for it and in their emails they write your name, yet they're also inside the store? (Pathetic) If you're in the fitting rooms (back) you're expected to be at 5 places at the same time while still opening rooms for customers and starting room and doing figure eights in the back BY YOURSELF, at time doing all of this is a struggle yet you still get in trouble if there is a customer waiting in line yet the manager asked you to be helping another customer at the same time..WHAT?!. You are supposed to black dot or gold dot in order to have job security, if you red dot you get written up (All based on your sales goals). In slow days the sale goals aren't met, and that just pours down on you. Managers steal sales BEWARE, Ive caught some and confronted them. Managers do take advantage of you!! At least in my store theres 5 managers and four sales associates (Weird ratio). Youre also expected to wear the current Windsor clothes. I was critized by what I was wearing just because it wasn’t from Windsor and was dressed too “basic”. Oh most importantly, you get paid minimum wage and do wayyyyy too much, atleast more than what you’re being paid for!!! Even if you get customers compliments to your managers your work goes unrecognized by the management. I can multitask, but honestly I cant be all over the store at the same time.

Pros

40% discount was good. Some of my old co-workers were cool.

Cons

Everything else not mentioned above. We had a very high turnover because once people realize how sucky this company was, they left. Write ups are given left and right like its a piece of candy. I remember a co worker told me she was written up for being two minutes late! My manager got written up because instead of having 4 items on a face-out, there were 3. And yet corporate doesnt wonder why their employees leave? If you dont make you sales goal for the month, you get a write-up. If you make ur goal for the month, you get nothing but the security of your job until the next month. This company is a joke.

Pros

Warning: they force their employees to leave positive Glassdoor reviews, and even do giveaways to those who leave reviews. I will say there are some good people on the customer service, eCommerce, creative teams, maybe few more teams I’m missing and I’ll cherish those relationships. However, they couldn’t pay me enough to come back to this hell hole.

Cons

All upper and middle level managers are terrible. They have extremely high turnover, I think their last VP stayed for about 1 year and many of their directors didn’t even stay for a full year. Most decided to resign or were fired. The CEO, CIO and upper management are terrible at communicating, managing & prioritizing initiatives and take no accountability for their work (or lack of). They treat their employees, contractors, and vendors like trash. I remember there were vendors peacefully protesting outside their headquarters because Windsor didn’t pay their invoices. Of course Windsor called the cops on them and still refused to pay them (that’s the type of culture they have). Their IT is a joke, they had a huge security breach that resulted in all their data being stolen and their solution was simply to wipe all the computers hard drives. And no they didn’t communicate any of this to their customers whose data was also hacked.
