Company asks for too much but gives out little in return. What they don't understand is that we are there walking mannequins who do everything but feel very unappreciated for it. We are the bob, we are the paco and jessica but where is our good job and pat on the back. The staff needs love too! Our DM walk through could be a lot better. Instead of just writing down the things we could have done better how about showing us and actually walking us through. We cannot be uniformed store without the proper help from our DMs/ Area Manager especially when the store manager has learned differently from everyone else.
Black out dates.. we have black out dates for prom and for the holiday which runs from thankgiving to the next year in the beginning of January! Its sad that we cannot make plans with our family because of this and alot of people are scared of losing there jobs that they actually like because they want to be with there family on the holidays. Windsor is about family and being a "family oriented" company but they take that away from the people who work for them.
Shrink- If we can get the walkies with the ear piece and sensormatics that actually work I think we will be in a better place for preventing shrink. Honestly speaking we cannot keep an eye on everything even if we try our best there is something that will walk out the door especially when you're trying to make a sale which leads me to the Gold Star program..... Making our goals is important to us and you want us to work hard for sales but what do we really get out of it if you think about it... Give more and we will give you more!
