We are sorry to hear that you do not feel this position is for the long term. We actually have quite a few reps who have been employed with us for five plus years. This is especially important to note, as the call center has only been open 8 years. In fact, each year we celebrate our reps who have gained significant tenures with our company. Cutting hours is not something we particularly like to do. However, there are times in which the performance of some employees do not meet standard, and as opposed to losing business, and completely terminating the employee, we try reducing hours and increasing the hours of the successful employees. Though this is not an easy decision, it is important that we meet the needs of our clients in order to keep our 80 plus employees gainfully employed. We regret that it sounds like there were some times in which you struggled with the performance metrics, and needed to work a reduced schedule until improvement was shown. We recognize this was not easy for you or your family. Finally, we never take bonuses out of anyone's check. We have to pay taxes on all monies given. What you will see on your check is simply a notation that you were given a bonus, and that taxes were taken. We can ensure that you received the gift card or monetary reward. In fact, we will go as far as to say, if you believe this occurred, we will be happy to review your paycheck and credit you for any monies earned but not given to you. We believe the best part of our team are our employees, and never want anyone to feel as if they were cheated out of their earnings.
