      you get some of the google benefits (medical, cafes, etc)

      Cons

      0 training / mentorship. ever diminishing resources, every changing priorities with poor and lazy downstream communication. rampant favoritism and bias, cliquey management. zero accountability across partnering teams, or even within the same team. disjointed, superficial, backstabbing kind of culture. Some of the Google benefits and all of the Google bureacracy, paired with the worst parts of a start up and a butt load of misplaced ego. also not a "new" company... don't allow them that excuse.

      Team members are highly skilled and motivated, contributing to a productive and inspiring environment. There's a sense of urgency and momentum, making the work dynamic and challenging in a positive way.

      Cons

      Management, particularly remote leadership, is overly focused on personal career advancement at the expense of team well-being. There seems to be a lack of genuine leadership aimed at fostering long-term success for the team, instead prioritizing short-term gains.

      Pros

      Culture/coworkers are great. You get to work on flying robots and unusual problems. Wing has the potential to change the world.

      Cons

      Equity program is hit or miss. No guaranteed refreshes or liquidity windows. Below average base pay/bonuses. Little room for vertical growth and complicated promo process. Teams are spread pretty thin.
