      Pros

      Teams are still small enough, you can wear many hats and influence where things are going. People are passionate about aviation and the mission and they really care for each other.

      Cons

      Small teams also means less redundancy. So if someone is out sick, the impact on the other team members is pretty high.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits (base+bonus+equity+401K w/50% of max employee contribution matched) The companies mission and technology. The tech infrastructure is strong and there are a lot of resources. Aligned and competent coworkers who can support the development of the company.

      Cons

      I dont have any cons. All aspects of the company, culture, management, tech stack, and benefits have been good.
