      Has very innovative work with a very good work culture, where employees get room to take ownership and work on interesting problems.

      Cons

      The product strategy by C Suite is uncertain, and can feel work is getting shelved.

      you get some of the google benefits (medical, cafes, etc)

      0 training / mentorship. ever diminishing resources, every changing priorities with poor and lazy downstream communication. rampant favoritism and bias, cliquey management. zero accountability across partnering teams, or even within the same team. disjointed, superficial, backstabbing kind of culture. Some of the Google benefits and all of the Google bureacracy, paired with the worst parts of a start up and a butt load of misplaced ego. also not a "new" company... don't allow them that excuse.
