      Pros

      Culture/coworkers are great. You get to work on flying robots and unusual problems. Wing has the potential to change the world.

      Cons

      Equity program is hit or miss. No guaranteed refreshes or liquidity windows. Below average base pay/bonuses. Little room for vertical growth and complicated promo process. Teams are spread pretty thin.
