Some of my co-workers were extraordinary, and I learned a lot from them. I enjoyed working with some of the patients and families.

Cons

Although the company claims to be "family run" it is more like a corporation, with way too many high level, overpaid staff in Needham headquarters. Thin staffing means everyone is overworked and stressed out. CEO more concerned about profits than about delivering good care.
