Well kept building. Hard Workers.

Cons

Worst Management ever. Upper management only care about budgeting for upper management bonuses. No proper safety devices for patient care. No respect for staff members. No Benefits.

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Management is terrible. You are not treated with respect I left on my own terms because it was an awful place to work. Residents were not treated well and staff was definitely not appreciated. Seemed like no one in the building was happy but they were stuck there. Management is never in the building and they are getting paid twice as much as anyone to work part-time.

Not much pros unless you were a nurse.

Cons

Always understaffed, when you stayed over picked up extra shifts, they never appreciated it. They treat nurse better then cnas. They give them bonus ,a gift card, tell them thanks. Cnas nothing.
