Pros

Has multiple homes..Has its own nursing agency say for instance , if you don't want to stay working in the same building you can apply with that separate part of the company and work in different places. It's a good place to work right after nursing school.

Cons

The pay could be better. Administration and the Corporate Office should care more for their employees and show them appreciation for their hard work.

Some of the positions pay well. The schedule is set and structured. There's flexibility in making up hours. Lots of paid time off. Working with the residents can be rewarding, and many residents are friendly.

Cons

Disorganization, a lack of direction, not a motivating environment, disgruntled employees that aren't friendly or supportive, and keeping employees on the edge over closing or staying open. There's a lack of job security.
