Working with the Residents was very rewarding. Most staff were family oriented and treated them with much concern and caring.

Cons

Not enough support or resources. Antiquated slow computer systems, wifi did not work most of the time. Physical plant, equipment and furniture in dire need of renovation/replacement. Chronic understaffing across the board. Everyone wears multiple hats, doing 2-3 jobs- high burn out and turnover. Low pay.
