Business Outlook
Pros
The people on my team who I work with are very intelligent and fun to work with. The benefits provided by the company are definitely huge pluses for those with families. Exciting projects make my experience working here pretty great. Having autonomy from my manager allows me to be more creative with my work.
Cons
Leadership is still working on figuring out many things, so there is some ambiguity that people will have to be okay with. No bathroom on the 4th floor of the building so you will have walk a bit further to find the closest one.
