      Great place to work. Endless kombucha with a fast track to the top. CEO is extremely inspiring and I think he’s taking this company places

      Sometimes people where shorts to work and it makes me feel uncomfortable

      -Exciting projects -Plenty of autonomy to own my work -Terrific leadership that values you for you -- you're not just a tool of the business here!

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing serious has come up in the two years I've worked here. Best job I've had yet!

      Great small business - big growth opportunities.

      Pros

      - Winkler is a fast growing business. There are a lot of opportunities to grow your career if you're not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and executing on big projects. I started fairly junior and had the opportunity to get promoted fast through hustle. - Work life balance is also great.

      Cons

      - Being a young business, the leadership is still figuring things out along the way. This wasn't a problem for me, but if you're uncomfortable with ambiguity, it may not be the best place for you.
