Thank you for your feedback. Although WinnCompanies is not alone in the workplace evolution toward a more structured in-office environment, we understand this change is less convenient for some — even though it only adds one additional day in the office. The decision to adopt a new policy for hybrid work came after a great deal of thought and firsthand observations. Having experienced hybrid schedules for five years, it became clear to leadership that strengthening in-person collaboration would help fuel continued growth and innovation, and promote creativity, mentoring and career advancement opportunities for all corporate team members. We're proud of the way that members of our corporate team have embraced the revised in-office schedule, but we understand and appreciate some team members will face a more difficult transition. Thank you.

Pros

A company to start with the fundamentals, good day schedule, early Friday release,

Cons

Depending on your region it’ll be about who likes you and who doesn’t. A lot of inner drama/gossip within offices. Some sites have great managers that will help give you the tools to advance then there’s other sites where if you’re not liked they will set you up for failure. I worked at multiple sites and had different experiences within management. Some don’t care or just look at you as doormat then some actually make you feel like you’re apart of a team. It all depends what region you land under. The higher management just cares about numbers not the advancement of their employees or the day to day challenges the employees faces within offices. They just need you to serve your purpose. A lot of the Boston sites are outdated or lack amenities so turnovers are difficult but higher management doesn’t understand that. The city is evolving but their units still remain not much different than since they began management. You’ll be overworked for not enough pay. It seems like the only people that do stick around are the ones who are connected to the higher ups. It’s politics all about who you know and who’s willing to go to bat for you.
