Great Benefits, decent pay, tools available.

Cons

Changing of staff constantly, HR never has your back. Your life will revolve around your job otherwise your doing a bad job. Lots of backstabbers and two faced employees. Not stable employment.

Not to many pros that I can actually think of...

Cons

Workload is tremendous, procedures change literally every other day. They mostly work with section 8 and other subsidies. They paper work for one file is ridiculous! Upper management pretends to care but in actuality they only care about the work getting done no matter what.
