Great benefits. The company pays for training.

Cons

Changes at the Senior Mgmt level have hurt WinnResidential in NYC. The company is losing clients and their experienced employees. All sites/departments are understaffed and overworked. And there's a lack of diversity on the Senior Mgmt level.
