Cost of benefits and cheap 401k tactics Outdated company equipment/vehicles Compensation is well below poverty level Work/logistics management Union that doesn’t work or advocate for their constituents and can’t be opted out of, aka forced participation and due collection. Average mid level employee brings home $1800-2100 a month
