I work for the Director of Accounting who is passionate about seeing his employees succeed and truly cares about them. His expectations are high but with that comes support, plenty of mentoring and opportunity for growth. He promotes a team work atmosphere and exudes positive energy which filters down to us employees. He always does the right thing and his integrity is never compromised. Raymond Tan is a true leader in every sense and I admire what he stands for!

The company pays well, good benefits and seems to understand work/life balance.

Cons

Challenges are many.. too many meetings that result in no beneficial change for improving workload. They tend to create more work in the long run. Lack of communication that allows middle management to do their jobs effectively. Middle management feels more like a gopher job and an assistant to the sites. Clique style. Unless you know someone you don't get promoted at all. Advice to interviewing candidates: ask how many people where in your position in the last 5 years BEFORE you. Then you will know what type of leadership your working with.
