Pros

Great benefits. A place that you can learn a lot. Remote working from home one day a week. This is a big new perk and if a person writes review as current accountant and does not mention this pros then this person is faking as a current employee.

Cons

Volume is high but this is because the company is doing great which is good for everyone! Managers are always very encouraging and empower us to think of ways to continuously improve, an invaluable skills anyone can acquire with the company.

Pros

Company has made some real strides at the corporate level to listen to their associates. Specifically they have added some nice benefits for the maintenance team like paid holidays counting towards overtime and on call pay stipend for techs working weekends.

Cons

Still some training programs needed for maintenance to better employees and give them the tools to do their jobs better, faster and with more knowledge.

Pros

It’s funny, because I remember looking at the Glassdoor reviews to find out about WinnCompanies when I got called in for an interview and now I’m doing one. I’m happy with my decision to join Winn because the division I work for has a great group of people working in it, which makes the working environment great. All the EA’s I met at the corporate office were and continue to be so nice and helpful (especially Kelly). Also, the health benefits are good including some extra employee benefits with Uber & Lyft.

Cons

I’ve only been here for 10 months, so I really don’t have any cons to list.
