Pros

I love the people I work with. The work is challenging but attainable. The career development opportunities for my position have been key to my success.

Cons

Technology is improving but could be better. A company work remote policy for applicable positions would be beneficial. Some processes are antiquated and people are just doing them because they were told that's the way it WAS done.

Pros

Job experience in a short period of time. If you can handle working for Winn you can work anywhere because they do ask a lot of you which gives you a great deal of hands on experience.

Cons

You have to work for the company for 5+ years to get a promotion even if you're already responsible for tasks that your superiors are technically hired for.

Coworkers are great people to work with. Great benefits and incentives. Company is big on giving back to the community and doing lots of community service. Brings coworkers together, which is great.

Would like to see more communication from management - get to know your employees who love working for you!
