This company has great benefits for employees.

Cons

There are a lot of politics involved which may be due to the fact that it is military affiliated. Upper management fails to recognize the importance of family and often expects employees to put the company's needs before their own. There is a lot of mandatory overtime for maintenance employees, with weeks averaging over 60+ hours. Work load is not spread equally among service technicians. Upper management often belittles their employees but covers the harassment by saying "it is only a joke".

Pros

As a current employee, I see a lot of potential as long as you're willing to put in the effort. Overall, I have yet to meet any of the "higher ups" who won't listen to what you have to say. Communication is very good and Winn treats their employees well.

Cons

Upper management can at times be disconnected with what happens at site level.

Friendly atmosphere, friendly employees and office-like environment, pay is ok but could be way better.

Cons

Long hours, don't get paid for lunch, dealing with unhappy customers(which there are a lot), unfriendly upper management, gype you of pay
