The benefits are a big plus. They start you off with some sick time. The company is in the top 10 for property management.

Cons

The commute was a downfall, but overall there wasn’t that many cons

Winn keeps you in the loop with monthly calls, executives are approachable and transparent, professional, very communicative and strong partnerships.

Cons

Be prepared to do reports, reports and have lots of training you must have time management skills.
