The decision to adopt a new policy for hybrid work is strongly supported among members of the company's leadership team and managers, as well as many corporate team members. Having experienced hybrid schedules for five years, it became clear to leadership that strengthening in-person collaboration would help fuel continued growth and innovation, and promote creativity, mentoring and career advancement opportunities for all corporate team members. Although WinnCompanies is not alone in the workplace evolution toward a more structured in-office environment, we understand this change is less convenient for some — even though it only adds one additional day in the office.
