Flexible schedule, if you can get the time off.

Cons

No real concern for employees. You pay for all benefits fully, except your health BCBS ins. Which increases every year, that increase is larger than employee pay increases. I would not recommend this company, unless you have no other option.

Exceptional co-workers who are great to work with. Excellent benefits to include nearly five weeks of accrued time off per year and great opportunity for growth within the company.

Cons

Work load can be heavy at times.
