The benefits are great, work environment is good, colleagues are good. Great work-life balance

Cons

Salary a bit low, hourly pay, a little overzealous on "team building." A lot standing up in front of the whole company to give testimonials on how great of a company it is.

Industry is a challenge to attract quality and committed candidates due to lower pay than other industries with Maintenance and Customer Service oriented staff
