I have been with Winn Companies for almost 6 years. My work experience prior to that was 27 years in the United Stated Army. The things I was looking for after the military was comradery and a well lead organization. I found both in Winn. This group of professionals care about what they do and about each other. You are held to a high standard and rewarded for your hard work. For someone who likes a clearly defined mission and the freedom to accomplish it, this is your place. I very highly recommend Winn Companies as a great place to work.

Constant changes to procedures making it hard to build momentum in the regular work-life. Lack of cohesive structure. Too many unfruitful meetings/phone conferences

Good benefits, peer support and growth opportunities.

Cons

Workload is extremely high. As manager you are basically stuck at your desk answering constant emails and working on financial reporting. For upper management. You are also being pulled in many directions for assistance at other properties and your feel that you are being micro managed. If you can handle the stress and constant work load you will do well in the company although there is no guarantee that you will be promoted as only a select few seem to advance.
