Cons

Upper Management is not involved with properties after initial start-up. They leave their property managers out to dry, often giving miss leading or vague direction when given.

Pros

Strong benefit package, time off is generous especially holidays, 401K match is excellent, if you go out and get it, there are plenty training opportunities

Cons

Significant gap between what the corporate office thinks will benefit the sites and what will really benefit site operations, from limited interactions it really senor leadership makes sure the C's see what they want them to see - not what the reality is at all

The company is currently acquiring more properties which expands the opportunities willing to grow within the company. Their focus on keeping up with the performance of their properties shows how dedicated they are to ensuring issues are addressed and resolved.

Cons

Upper management/ corporate aren't really transparent with the on site staff regarding what is expected to be done. The professional support of the company seems sketchy and the ability to get things done are limited by the support of corporate to pay for things that need to get done on the property.
