I am incredibly proud to work for a company that values its employees, its clients, and the people who live in the communities we manage. Nothing in this world is perfect, but it is nice to go to work knowing that the job that pays my bills also contributes to a more equitable society.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives that are not a result of human nature and conflicting work styles. That's not the company's fault, though.

Would be nice to see Differenet Pay for Snow Removel in the Future Also all on call hours should be Counted as Time and 1/2 Regaurdless if the 40 hour Min isnt met, An example I was our for 3 days sick one week and was on call on a saturday and was called out to Multiple calls maybe reaching 12 hours overtime and it was a bit upsetting that none of them on call hours were counted as overtime and just paid out as regular pay.
