Cons

Poor communication from director. Pay was low for level of responsibility. Difficult to speak to employee's concerns (pay especially) - all decisions driven from corporate.

Cons

although I love the Work in there. The only kind I would say it was the pay at the time. Was not up to par with lots of companies for that same position. But there is lots of opportunities to grow and move up.
