The support and resources that Winn invests in its' employees is second to none. As long as you invest and bet on yourself to succeed, Winn will do everything they can to empower you to be your best self. Top notch organization.

Cons

I think with any job, it's easy to get overly-invested with your time. A health work-life balance makes all the difference.

None for me, but if a fast pace is not for you, making residents job 1, then this may not be for you.
