1) Good place to start for freshers out of campus. 2) Management Grads can expect to get client facing assignements across the globe
Cons
1) Poor HR practices, employee motivation and well being is of course not a high prioity 2) Diffused career path 3) Yoi can be sure all organiztional announcements pertaining to compensation are going to revise your take home only one way - Downwards 4) Poor handling of employees during recession - enrichment programs et al 5) Only basic IT work support, maintenace etc, domain content is not quite up to the mark
