      Pros

      Wipro is a good place to learn new technology, enrich experience by working on a wide gamut of projects. Has good employee diversity that provides people with a good opportunity to develop some cross-cultural team interaction skills.

      Cons

      Work at Wipro (in certain projects!) can be pretty gruelling. Quite difficult to find work-life balance. But then again, it depends on the team you work with... Easy to get lost in the huge ocean of employees...

      Pros

      Name of the company is good enough to work here.Got centers in most of the cities in India.So that couldbe attractive.

      Cons

      Very discouraging work environment.Feels like workign on a government job with incapable senior management , no benefits or appreciation for a job well done.
