Pros

1) Hours are good, kinda, 40hrs minimum 2) Work colleagues are normally cool to work with

Cons

1) Commission structure constantly changing to benefit the management, not the employee 2) Made to feel like you do not matter 3) Don't sell, you feel your job is threatened 4) Management do not care about you 5) No raises 6) You will be thrown under the bus if something goes wrong which is out of your control 7) We are sales, not tech, yet when we have to help with tech, it goes against us because every customer is a sale to management 8) "Can you please cover at this store" means, cover or goodbye 9) Work past closing, don't get paid 10) Home life means nothing to management 11) Favoritism obvious 12) Do whatever to secure a sale, even lie 13) Need help, you wont get it 14) Made to feel worthless if you miss an opportunity
