Working in Wireless

Pros

There is a high potential for earnings and growth within the company. If work with diligence and aim to move upward you can obtain a lot of success. There is also a low barrier to entry so anyone can be brought on and taught how to sell.

Cons

The hours can be very long and the work can be very high stress. A wireless bill is almost a universal bill that people have to pay. If things are not done properly it can lead to a lot of frustration.

Pros

It's a job that pays

Cons

Horrible pay structure, company changes policy and procedures at will, point system In place that allows them to take pay away from reps, requires perfect sales each time but doesn't give you the proper tools or staffing to do so. Changes happen weekly, worst Company to work for. Was lied too in recruitment
