      - Great team environment - Excellent training online devices (tablets, mobile phones, etc.) - Opportunity to be creative by utilizing marketing / advertising skills - Ability to work with a wide range of customers - from residential to medium size businesses

      Cons

      - Poor Commission Structure - Low base pay - No health insurance, dental insurance, or 401(k)/Simple IRA - Upper Management not easily accessible to address escalated customer issues / personnel issues - Business expenses (i.e. payroll, utilities, rent, etc.) are deducted from management's commission

      Awsome Retail Experince keeps one up to date on all the lateest phones and accessories that are released.

      Cons

      Shady commision scale that seems to change up everymonth. You get paide off gross profit and not by activations which is IRONIC seeing how Verizon pays them off of the activation.

      Good entry level sales job, provided good training and room to grow. they provided both technical and sales training

      the job could be very stressful at times with strict deadlines and quotas, hours could also be long. there were occasionally unreasonable expectations
