Pros

Consistent paycheck even though its very low. You can learn about the products and gain some experience but not very much other than to hopefully jump to a better store or franchise.

Cons

horrible communication. bad advertising. no leadership. the word team does not exist with no benefits and horrible commission structure. nightmare job

Pros

Good for a high school/college student. Pay is slightly above min wage but you also make commission on top of that. I made $12 for every iphone i sold. If you can sale an iphone every hour then you will be making the commission and hourly which comes out to be $20/hr.

Cons

You have to repair more phones then you sale unfortunately.

Pros

Pay based on Sales (uncapped potential) Great team of professionals at all the stores Lots of training to keep you knowledgeable

Cons

Pay based on sales (No steady pay check) Hours are retail so there is no structure to your work week Some days are 11 hour shifts No real opportunities for advancement
