Pros

All the great benefits, flexibility, and paid time off. 104 hours of vacation time, 40 hours of personal time, and 130 hours of sick time paid a year from the start

Cons

Skeleton Crews for large areas of the population and/or large caseloads. A business background is not required for people they promote from within and receiveminimal training and oversight which makes for poor management in some areas
