Pros

-Good sick leave and vacation time policy - about 6 hours of vacation time per paycheck, start out at about 3 weeks of vacation/personal time off plus legal holidays -great job stability once you get past the initial probation period -helpful, team-oriented coworkers -lots of opportunities for learning/professional growth, good starting point if you need to build up VR skills

Cons

-new hires will likely make more than you after you've been there for a few years - not a lot of room for income growth/promotions unless you transition out of the field offices -exhaustingly large caseload -substantial turnover -have to deal with infuriating burecratic systems
