Difficult work with low pay

Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits, 401K, 401K match, vacation time, good work life balance.

Cons

This is a production position. The work is somewhat challenging and the pay for what is required is low. You are just a number there. The training is awful. They fast track you in training then throw you at the wolves and then expect you not to fail. The equipment and program are ancient. Old computers and a system from the early 80’s.
