Work somewhere that actually values you
Pros
The kids that you work with are wonderful. That's about the only pro. The company itself needs a lot of work
Cons
The pay is terrible compared to what other ABA companies pay. It's hard to move up and get pay increases. You can go above and beyond for this company and corporate wouldn't care. Corporate keeps bringing on new clients (for the insurance money) while their current clients have no coverage. I feel bad for the current clients becuase some days they get sent home early because of no coverage and do not get the proper care and help they need, due to the fact that this company is all out to get money. Wisconsin Early Autism Project doesn't value their employees just overworks them and underpays them, I would suggest looking at other places for employment.
