Pros

The ability to help a child and family thrive and be a part of bringing the child to the best quality of life they are capable of.

Cons

The company has changed their objective from accommodating each child and family situation to targeting situations where the company will achieve the most financial gain. Families are cut from the program if they do not comply with what is best for WEAP's bottom line regardless if the child is still in need of services.
