Pros

Flexible schedule, team oriented, good training and communication from supervisors. Very rewarding and lots of variety.

Cons

It can be difficult to get enough hours. It all depends on the amount of client needs, so you may have to either drive further (if they allow) or wait for more hours to come available. Some teams have higher turnover which makes it difficult for the client and team success.

Pros

Flexible hours are definitely available. You also get to accept or decline additional placements if they're too far away or for whatever reason.

Cons

One schedule you'll have 33 hours scheduled and the next you will only be scheduled for 15 hours. Another thing is parents cancel sessions for a variety of reasons and line therapists are not paid for cancelled hours.
