Pros

It is a rewarding job to help children with special needs. The supervisor train you very well and working with the families is such an experience.

Cons

more hours at a specific time

Pros

Flexible schedule, decent pay, fulfilling work, opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

No sick days, so any days you miss therapy, you have to make up later in the month. If you are working part-time with other obligations, this can be hard to fit into your schedule. I understand that the client needs the hours, but more back-up help should be available to allow for sick days every so often.

Pros

Great company to work for. Feel like youre making a difference in children's life everyday. Taxing but also very rewarding.

Cons

Hard to get full time hours. Parents can cancel and you are left with shortened hours. Disconnected from other employees in the company.
